ผู้ช่วยรัฐมนตรีประจำกระทรวงการต่างประเทศเข้าร่วมงานเลี้ยงรับรองเนื่องในโอกาสวันชาติสมาพันธรัฐสวิส

เมื่อวันที่ 20 พฤศจิกายน 2568 นายวิชาวัฒน์ อิศรภักดี ผู้ช่วยรัฐมนตรีประจำกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ เข้าร่วมงานเลี้ยงรับรองในโอกาสวันชาติสมาพันธรัฐสวิส ซึ่งจัดโดยสถานเอกอัครราชทูตสมาพันธรัฐ สวิสประจำประเทศไทย

ผู้ช่วยรัฐมนตรีฯ กล่าวสุนทรพจน์เปิดงาน โดยย้ำถึงความสัมพันธ์อันใกล้ชิดและยาวนานระหว่างไทยกับสวิตเซอร์แลนด์ พร้อมรำลึกถึงความสัมพันธ์อันแน่นแฟ้นทางประวัติศาสตร์ระหว่างราชวงศ์ไทยกับสวิตเซอร์แลนด์ รวมถึงโอกาสเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือต่อจากการลงนามความตกลงการค้าเสรีไทย-สมาคมการค้าเสรียุโรป (Thailand–EFTA Free Trade Agreement) ตลอดจนความร่วมมือด้านการท่องเที่ยว การศึกษา การรับมือกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประชาชน รวมทั้งได้แสดงความขอบคุณฝ่ายสวิตเซอร์แลนด์ที่ได้แสดงความเสียใจต่อการเสด็จสวรรคตของสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ พระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวง

นายเปโดร สวาห์เลน (Pedro Zwahlen) เอกอัครราชทูตสมาพันธรัฐสวิสประจำประเทศไทย ได้กล่าวถึงพลวัตและความสัมพันธ์ทางประวัติศาสตร์ที่สำคัญระหว่างสองประเทศ โดยเฉพาะช่วงเวลาที่พระบาทสมเด็จพระบรมชนกาธิเบศร มหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมหาราช บรมนาถบพิตร และพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ พระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวง ทรงศึกษา ณ เมืองโลซาน พร้อมยืนยันความมุ่งมั่นในการเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือกับไทยในด้านเศรษฐกิจ ความยั่งยืน และความร่วมมือพหุภาคี

Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs attends the reception on the occasion of the National Day of the Swiss Confederation

On 20 November 2025, H.E. Mr. Vijavat Isarabhakdi, Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs, attended the reception on the occasion of the Swiss National Day hosted by the Embassy of Switzerland in Thailand.

The Vice Minister delivered opening remarks reaffirming the close and longstanding relations between Thailand and Switzerland, recalling the deep historical ties between the Thai Royal Family and Switzerland. He highlighted opportunities to further enhance cooperation following the signing of the Thailand–EFTA Free Trade Agreement, including in tourism, education, climate action, and people-to-people exchanges. He also expressed appreciation for Switzerland’s message of Condolences on the passing of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother.

H.E. Mr. Pedro Zwahlen, Ambassador of Switzerland to Thailand, remarked on the strong dynamism and historic ties between the two countries, particularly the period during which Their Majesties King Bhimibol Adulyadej the Great and Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother pursued their studies in Lausanne and paid tribute to Their Majesties. He also reaffirmed Switzerland’s commitment to further strengthen partnership with Thailand in the areas of economic, sustainability, and multilateral cooperation.
