เมื่อวันที่ 9 กรกฏาคม 2569 กรมยุโรปได้จัดการบรรยายในหลักสูตรหัวหน้าหน่วยงาน รองหัวหน้าหน่วยงานของส่วนราชการประจำการในต่างประเทศ ประจำปี 2569 โดยมีผู้เข้ารับการอบรมจากหน่วยงานต่างๆ อาทิ กระทรวงกลาโหม สำนักข่าวกรองแห่งชาติ กระทรวงคมนาคม กระทรวงพานิชย์ การท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย สำนักงานสภาพัฒนาการเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งชาติ โดยมีตัวแทนผู้บริหารจากกรมยุโรปเป็นวิทยากรในการบรรยาย ในประเด็นสำคัญเกี่ยวกับนโยบายการต่างประเทศและ แผนยุทธศาสตร์ ตลอดจนแนวทางการขับเคลื่อนความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตของไทยที่มีต่อภูมิภาคยุโรป ในด้านต่างๆ อาทิ วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัย นวัตกรรม การท่องเที่ยว อุตสาหกรรมการป้องกันประเทศ ทั้งนี้ หลังจบการบรรยาย ผู้เข้ารับการอบรมได้ถูกแบ่งกลุ่ม   เพื่อเข้ารับฟังข้อมูลเฉพาะประเทศที่จะออกประจำการ และมีการถาม - ตอบ เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็น  ระหว่างกัน

On July 9, 2026, the Department of European Affairs organized a briefing session for the 2026 Training Course for Heads and Deputy Heads of Thai Government Offices Overseas. The session was attended by participants from various agencies, including the Ministry of Defence, the National Intelligence Agency, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Commerce, the Tourism Authority of Thailand, and the Office of the National Economic and Social Development Council. Executive representatives from the Department of European Affairs served as keynote speakers. The briefing focused on key issues regarding Thailand's foreign policy, strategic plans, and approaches to driving diplomatic relations with the European region across various sectors, such as science, research, innovation, tourism, and the defense industry. Following the main briefing, participants were divided into smaller groups to receive country-specific briefings for their respective postings, followed by a Q&A session to exchange views and insights.
