เมื่อวันที่ 10 กรกฎาคม 2569 นายนพคุณ ลุยจันทร์ เลขานุการกรมยุโรป และผู้แทนจากกรมภูมิภาค กระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้พบหารือกับนายไกรสีห์ ผิวเกลี้ยง รักษาการผู้จัดการฝ่ายบริหาร
การปฏิบัติการการเดินอากาศและเจ้าหน้าที่ สำนักงานการบินเรือนแห่งประเทศไทย (CAAT) เพื่อสร้างเครือข่ายการติดต่อประสานงานและการทำงานร่วมกัน โดยทั้งสองฝ่ายได้หารือการดำเนินการ
ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการอนุญาตการบินผ่าน และแลกเปลี่ยนแนวทางการดำเนินงาน รวมไปถึงอุปสรรคการดำเนินงานของแต่ละฝ่าย เพื่อเป็นแนวทางการทำร่วมกันต่อไป

Press Release “Department of European Affairs meets with the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT)”

On 10 July 2026, Mr. Nopakhun Luichant, Secretary to the Department, the Department of European Affairs, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, together with representatives of the Ministry’s regional departments, met with Mr. Kraisi Phewkliang, Acting Manager of Air Navigation Operations Management Department (AND),
and officials from the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT).

The meeting aimed to establish a coordination and collaboration network between regional departments of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand and the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand. Both sides discussed on flight permit procedure, including obstacles in the operation of each party to further strengthen such cooperation.
