เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 10 สิงหาคม 2569 นายนพคุณ ลุยจันทร์ เลขานุการกรมยุโรป เข้าร่วมพิธีมอบเข็มเชิดชูเกียรติของกระทรวงการต่างประเทศแห่งสหพันธรัฐรัสเซียแก่ ดร. พรชัย ด่านวิวัฒน์ อดีตเลขาธิการกรอบความร่วมมือเอเชีย (Asia Cooperation Dialogue: ACD) ณ สถานเอกอัครราชทูตสหพันธรัฐรัสเซียประจำประเทศไทย โดย ดร. พรชัย ได้รับเข็มเชิดชูเกียรติในด้านความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ เพื่อยกย่องบทบาทเชิงรุกในด้านการพัฒนาระดับสถาบันของกรอบความร่วมมือเอเชีย (Asia Cooperation Dialogue: ACD) การเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือในกรอบพหุภาคีของ ACD ตลอดจนความมุ่งมั่นในการสานสัมพันธ์และสร้างความเชื่อมโยงกับสหภาพเศรษฐกิจยูเรเชีย (Eurasian Economic Union: EAEU)

Secretary to the Department of European Affairs, attended the decoration ceremony in honour of H.E. Dr. Pornchai Danvivathana, former Secretary-General of the Asia Cooperation Dialogue (ACD), at the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Bangkok.

On Monday 10 August 2026, Mr. Nopakhun Luichant, Secretary to the Department of European Affairs, attended the decoration ceremony in honour of H.E. Dr. Pornchai Danvivathana, former Secretary-General of the Asia Cooperation Dialogue (ACD), at the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Bangkok.

Dr. Pornchai Danvivathana was conferred the award of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation “For Contribution to International Cooperation”
in recognition of his active role in the institutional development of the ACD, his personal contribution to strengthening multilateral cooperation within the ACD,
and his efforts to establish contacts with the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).
