รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ พบคณะผู้แทนสหภาพยุโรป คณะทูตประเทศสมาชิกสหภาพยุโรป และประเทศในเขตเชงเกนประจำประเทศไทย วันที่ 3 พฤศจิกายน 2568

เมื่อวันที่ 3 พฤศจิกายน 2568 นายสีหศักดิ์ พวงเกตุแก้ว รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศได้พบอุปทูตฯ คณะผู้แทนสหภาพยุโรป และเอกอัครราชทูตประเทศสมาชิกสหภาพยุโรปและเขตเชงเกนประจำประเทศไทย (รวม 21 ประเทศ) ณ ห้องบัวแก้ว กระทรวงการต่างประเทศ

ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้หารือเกี่ยวกับแนวทางส่งเสริมความร่วมมือด้านความมั่นคง เช่น อาชญากรรมไซเบอร์ และการหลอกลวงออนไลน์ รวมทั้งประเด็นในภูมิภาค เช่น สถานการณ์ไทย-กัมพูชา การให้ความช่วยเหลือด้านมนุษยธรรมแก่เมียนมา และความสัมพันธ์อาเซียนและอียู รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศย้ำความมุ่งมั่นของรัฐบาลในการขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจ ซึ่งกระทรวงการต่างประเทศมีบทบาทสำคัญในการช่วยสร้างเสริมโอกาสทางเศรษฐกิจให้ประเทศไทยผ่านการการทูตเชิงรุก อาทิ การเจรจา FTA ไทย-สหภาพยุโรป และการเข้าเป็นสมาชิกองค์การเพื่อความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจและการพัฒนา (OECD)

นอกจากนี้ ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้แลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองต่อสถานการณ์โลกปัจจุบัน โดยต่างย้ำความสำคัญของระบบพหุภาคีและระเบียบระหว่างประเทศบนพื้นฐานของกฎกติกา นอกจากนี้ รัฐนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศได้สรุปสาระสำคัญจากการเดินทางไปเข้าร่วมการประชุมสุดยอดผู้นำอาเซียน ครั้งที่ 47 ณ กรุงกัวลาลัมเปอร์ มาเลเซีย และการประชุมผู้นำเขตเศรษฐกิจเอเปค ครั้งที่ 32 ณ กรุงโซล สาธารณรัฐเกาหลี รวมถึงกิจกรรมที่สำคัญในห้วงดังกล่าว โดยเฉพาะการลงนามแถลงการณ์ร่วม (Joint Declaration) ระหว่างนายกรัฐมนตรีและนายกรัฐมนตรีกัมพูชาเพื่อย้ำเจตนารมณ์ในการดำเนินการตาม
ข้อตกลงหยุดยิง ซึ่งคณะทูตฯ แสดงความสนับสนุนอย่างเต็มที่

การพบหารือครั้งนี้ เป็นโอกาสที่ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้ทบทวนผลการดำเนินการในช่วงการครบรอบ 1 ปีนับตั้งแต่กรอบความตกลงว่าด้วยความเป็นหุ้นส่วนและความร่วมมือรอบด้านไทย-สหภาพยุโรป มีผลบังคับใช้ไปพลางก่อน และความพร้อมที่จะต่อยอดกิจกรรมและแสวงหาความร่วมมือในมิติใหม่ ๆ ที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อไป

Foreign Minister meets with Head of the EU Delegation and Heads of the Diplomatic Missions of the Member States of European Union and Schengen Area accredited to Thailand on 3 November 2025

On 3 November 2025, H.E. Mr. Sihasak Phuangketkeow, Minister of Foreign Affairs, met with the Chargée d'Affaires of the European Union Delegation and Heads/Representatives of the Diplomatic Missions of the Member States of the European Union and Schengen Area accredited to Thailand (21 countries) at the Bua Kaew Room, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Both sides discussed ways to enhance security cooperation, including cyber security and online scams, and regional issues such as Thai-Cambodian border situation, humanitarian assistance to Myanmar and EU-ASEAN relations.  The Minister emphasised the government's commitment to driving economic growth, with the Ministry playing a key role in creating economic opportunities for Thailand through proactive diplomacy, such as the Thailand-EU FTA negotiations and Thailand's accession to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).

Furthermore, both sides exchanged views on the current global situation, mutually emphasising the importance of the multilateral system and the rules-based international order. In addition, the Minister of Foreign Affairs shared key outcomes from his participation in the 47th ASEAN Leaders' Summit in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and the 32nd APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting in Seoul, Republic of Korea, including significant events during that period, particularly the signing of the Joint Declaration between the Prime Minister of Thailand and the Prime Minister of Cambodia on the outcomes of their meeting in Kuala Lumpur, to reaffirm commitment to implementing the ceasefire agreement, which the diplomatic corps expressed their full support for.

Both sides also reviewed the concrete achievements of cooperation over the first year of the provisional application of the Thailand-EU Partnership and Cooperation Agreement (PCA) and expressed readiness to build upon the existing success as well as to pursue new areas of mutually beneficial cooperation going forward.
