การประชุม Political Consultation ไทย-เอสโตเนีย ครั้งที่ 3

          เมื่อวันที่ 11 พฤษภาคม 2566 กระทรวงการต่างประเทศเป็นเจ้าภาพจัดการประชุม Political Consultation ไทย-เอสโตเนีย ครั้งที่ 3 โดยมีนายอสิ ม้ามณี อธิบดีกรมยุโรป เป็นประธานร่วมฝ่ายไทย และนางสาว Kristi Karelsohn อธิบดีกรมเอเชีย แปซิฟิก ตะวันออกกลาง และแอฟริกา กระทรวงการต่างประเทศเอสโตเนีย เป็นประธานร่วมฝ่ายเอสโตเนีย

           ในโอกาสนี้ ทั้งสองฝ่ายยินดีที่ไทยกับเอสโตเนียได้เฉลิมฉลองโอกาสครบรอบ 30 ปี การสถาปนาความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตระหว่างกันเมื่อปี 2565 รวมถึงมุ่งส่งเสริมความร่วมมือให้มีผลเป็นรูปธรรม โดยเฉพาะในด้านการพัฒนารัฐบาลดิจิทัล เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ นวัตกรรม และการศึกษา รวมถึงได้แลกเปลี่ยนทัศนะเกี่ยวกับสถานการณ์ระหว่างประเทศที่อยู่ในความสนใจร่วมกันและเน้นย้ำความร่วมมือในเวทีระหว่างประเทศ

           On 11 May 2023, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand hosted the 3rd session of the Thai-Estonian Political Consultation, co-chaired by Mr. Asi Mamanee, Director-General of the Department of European Affairs, and Ms. Kristi Karelsohn, Director General of the Department of Asia, Pacific, Middle East and Africa, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia.

           On this occasion, both sides were pleased to have commemorated the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Thailand and Estonia in 2022 and aim to enhance bilateral cooperation in promising areas such as digital governance, ICTs, innovation, and education. Both sides also took this opportunity to discuss current international issues of common interest and reaffirm commitment to cooperate in international fora.
