การเข้าร่วมงานเฉลิมฉลองวันเอกภาพเยอรมันดังกล่าวได้สะท้อนความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างไทยและเยอรมนีที่มีความแน่นแฟ้นและยาวนานกว่า 164 ปี และครอบคลุมมิติต่าง ๆ ทั้งด้านการเมือง เศรษฐกิจ การค้าการลงทุน การศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์และนวัตกรรม การพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนและการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ รวมถึงด้านสังคม วัฒนธรรม และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประชาชน โดยประเทศไทยและเยอรมนีจะครบรอบ 165 ปี แห่งการสถาปนาความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตในปี 2570

 

 

On 30 September 2026, H.E. Mr. Vijavat Isarabhakdi, Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs of Thailand, attended the Day of German Unity 2026 reception at Capella Bangkok. H.E. Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand, attended the event as the Guest of Honour. The reception was attended by high-level representatives from the public and private sectors, international organisations, as well as members of the diplomatic corps, including Ms. Sirilak Niyom, Deputy Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs, Ms. Somrudee Poopornanake, Director-General of the Department of European Affairs, and officials from the Department of European Affairs.

 

The attendance at the Day of German Unity celebration reflects the close and longstanding relations between Thailand and Germany, which span 164 years and encompass a wide range of areas, including political, economic, trade and investment, education, science and innovation, sustainable development and climate action, as well as social and cultural cooperation and people-to-people relations. The two countries will mark the 165th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations in 2027.
