เมื่อวันที่ ๑๙ มีนาคม ๒๕๖๙ กลุ่ม Economic Diplomacy Unit กรมยุโรป ได้พบหารือกับ พล.ท. เทวัญ ตันกุล หัวหน้าสำนักงานประสานงานภารกิจทางทหารกับกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ
และหัวหน้าสำนักงานโฆษก กระทรวงกลาโหม พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารและเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักนโยบายและแผน กระทรวงกลาโหม ณ ที่ทำการกระทรวงกลาโหม เพื่อสร้างเครือข่ายการติดต่อประสานงาน
และการทำงานร่วมกันระหว่างกรมยุโรปกับกระทรวงกลาโหม และหารือแนวทางความร่วมมือด้านการทหารและอุตสาหกรรมการป้องกันประเทศระหว่างไทยกับประเทศยุโรป โดยทั้งสองฝ่ายได้รับทราบ
การดำเนินงานของแต่ละฝ่าย เพื่อนำมาพิจารณาจัดลำดับความสำคัญของงาน และจัดทำแผนการทำงานร่วมกันต่อไป

On 19 March 2026, the Economic Diplomacy Unit of the Department of European Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, met with Lieutenant General Tewan Tankul, Head of the Office of Liaison with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Head of the Spokesman’s Office of the Ministry of Defence, together with officials from the Office of Policy and Planning of the Ministry of Defence, at the Ministry of Defence.

The meeting aimed to establish a coordination and collaboration network between the Department of European Affairs and the Ministry of Defence, and to jointly advance cooperation in defence and the defence industry between Thailand and European countries. Both sides exchanged information on their respective mandates, and agreed to jointly identify priorities and develop a work plan to further strengthen such cooperation.
