ผู้ช่วยรัฐมนตรีฯ วิชาวัฒน์ อิศรภักดี เป็นหัวหน้าคณะผู้แทนไทยเข้าร่วมการประชุม OSCE Ministerial Council ครั้งที่ 32 ณ กรุงเวียนนา สาธารณรัฐออสเตรีย

เมื่อวันที่ 4-5 ธันวาคม 2568 นายวิชาวัฒน์ อิศรภักดี ผู้ช่วยรัฐมนตรีประจำกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ เป็นหัวหน้าคณะผู้แทนไทยเข้าร่วมการประชุมรัฐมนตรีขององค์การว่าด้วยความมั่นคงและความร่วมมือในยุโรป ครั้งที่ 32 (the 32nd Ministerial Council meeting of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe : OSCE) ณ กรุงเวียนนา สาธารณรัฐออสเตรีย จัดโดยฟินแลนด์ในฐานะประธาน OSCE โดยมีรัฐมนตรีต่างประเทศและผู้แทนระดับสูงจากประเทศสมาชิกและประเทศหุ้นส่วนเพื่อความร่วมมือฝ่ายเอเชียและเมดิเตอร์เรเนียน รวม 64 ประเทศ เข้าร่วม

ผู้ช่วยรัฐมนตรีฯ ได้กล่าวถ้อยแถลงในการประชุมเต็มคณะ งานเลี้ยงอาหารกลางวัน และการประชุมระหว่างประเทศหุ้นส่วนเพื่อความร่วมมือกับประธาน OSCE ในห้วง 3 ปี (Troika) โดยได้ย้ำบทบาทของไทยที่แข็งขันใน OSCE ในฐานะประเทศหุ้นส่วนเพื่อความร่วมมือ และบทบาทการเป็นผู้เชื่อมระหว่าง OSCE และ ASEAN เพื่อการแลกเปลี่ยนในอนาคต พร้อมผลักดันให้ OSCE ให้ความสำคัญกับการต่อต้านอาชญากรรมไซเบอร์ โดยเฉพาะการหลอกลวงออนไลน์ ตลอดจนส่งเสริมการเพิ่มความร่วมมือระหว่าง OSCE กับประเทศหุ้นส่วนเพื่อความร่วมมือ

ในโอกาสนี้ ผู้ช่วยรัฐมนตรีฯ ได้แสดงความพร้อมของไทยในการเป็นเจ้าภาพการประชุมระหว่างประเทศว่าด้วยหุ้นส่วนระดับโลกเพื่อต่อต้านอาชญากรรมหลอกลวงออนไลน์ ในวันที่ 17-18 ธันวาคม 2568 ที่ประเทศไทย และการเป็นเจ้าภาพร่วมกับฟินแลนด์จัดการประชุม OSCE Asian Conference ประจำปี 2569 ในหัวข้อเกี่ยวกับการต่อต้านอาชญากรรมข้ามชาติ โดยเฉพาะการหลอกลวงออนไลน์ และการเสริมสร้างความมั่นคงด้านไซเบอร์ โดยเชิญผู้แทนจากประเทศสมาชิกและประเทศหุ้นส่วนเพื่อความร่วมมือของ OSCE เข้าร่วมด้วย

Vice Minister Vijavat Isarabhakdi led the Thai delegation to the 32^nd Ministerial Council of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) in Vienna, Austria

On 4–5 December 2025, H.E. Mr. Vijavat Isarabhakdi, Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs, led the Thai delegation to the 32nd Ministerial Council Meeting of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), hosted by Finland as Chair-in-Office in Vienna, Austria. The meeting was attended by Foreign Ministers and senior representatives from the 64 OSCE participating States, as well as from the Asian and Mediterranean Partners for Co-operation.

The Vice Minister delivered statements at the Plenary Session, the Working Lunch, and the Asian Partners for Co-operation and Troika Meeting, reaffirming Thailand’s active engagement with the OSCE and its readiness to strengthen collaboration between the OSCE and ASEAN in the future. He encouraged the OSCE to prioritise efforts to combat cybercrime, particularly online scams, and to further enhance cooperation with the Partners for Co-operation.

The Vice Minister also reiterated Thailand’s readiness to host the International Conference on the Global Partnership Against Online Scams on 17–18 December 2025 in Thailand, as well as the 2026 OSCE Asian Conference, to be co-hosted with Finland next year. Both events aim to advance cooperation in combating transnational organized crime—especially online scams—while strengthening cybersecurity. He extended an invitation to representatives of OSCE participating States and Partners for Co-operation to attend these conferences.
