กรมยุโรป กระทรวงการต่างประเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ และบริษัท ยารา ประเทศไทย จำกัด ได้ร่วมเป็นเจ้าภาพจัดการแข่งขัน Agri-Hackathon ภายใต้หัวข้อ “Farming the Future: นวัตกรรมเกษตรไทย ก้าวไกลอย่างยั่งยืน” ระหว่างวันที่ 12 - 14 กันยายน 2568 เนื่องในโอกาสเฉลิมฉลอง 120 ปี การสถาปนาความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตไทย-นอร์เวย์ ในโอกาสนี้ นางสาวมารินี สุวรรณโมลี รองอธิบดีกรมยุโรป ได้ร่วมกล่าวเปิดงานและกล่าวในพิธีมอบรางวัลผู้ชนะการแข่งขัน

กิจกรรมดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นเพื่อแสดงถึงมิตรภาพและความร่วมมือในด้านการเกษตรและความยั่งยืนระหว่างไทยกับนอร์เวย์ รวมทั้งเปิดโอกาสให้เยาวชนรุ่นใหม่ได้ร่วมนำเสนอแนวคิดสร้างสรรค์ที่ผสานเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมเพื่อพัฒนาเกษตรกรรมของไทยให้ก้าวหน้า

ตลอดระยะเวลา 3 วัน 2 คืน ผู้เข้าร่วมที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกจำนวน 12 ทีม จากมหาวิทยาลัยต่าง ๆ ทั่วประเทศไทยได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมพัฒนาทักษะ เรียนรู้จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และแข่งขันนำเสนอผลงานต่อคณะกรรมการเพื่อชิงเงินรางวัลรวมกว่า 100,000 บาท
โดยทีมที่ได้รับรางวัลชนะเลิศ ได้แก่ ทีม Agri-Power จากมหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ ซึ่งได้นำเสนอผลงาน "WasteX" แพลตฟอร์มเปลี่ยนขยะอาหารเป็นพลังอนาคต

Agri-Hackathon : “Farming the Future: Advancing Thai Agriculture through Innovation”

On 12-14 September 2025, the Department of European Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, together with Kasetsart University and Yara Thailand, co-hosted the Agri-Hackathon under the theme “Farming the Future: Advancing Thai Agriculture through Innovation” to celebrate the 120th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Thailand and Norway. On this occasion, Ms. Marinee Suwanmoli, Deputy Director-General of the Department of European Affairs, delivered remarks on behalf of the Department during the opening and award ceremonies.

The event highlighted the long-standing friendship and cooperation between the two countries in agriculture and sustainability, while also providing a platform for young innovators to showcase creative, tech-driven solutions to advance Thai agriculture.

Throughout the three-day Hackathon, 12 teams which were selected from universities across Thailand took part in skill-building activities, learned from experts, and competed in a pitching session for a total prize money of over 100,000 Baht. The winning team was Agri-Power from Maejo University, which presented “WasteX,” a platform that turns food waste into new possibilities.
