เมื่อวันที่ 12 กันยายน 2568 กรมยุโรปได้กิจกรรมเผยแพร่ความรู้เกี่ยวกับสหภาพยุโรปและเส้นทางอาชีพนักการทูตแก่นิสิตคณะรัฐศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยและผู้ที่สนใจ ณ ห้องนราธิป กระทรวง
การต่างประเทศ ในโอกาสครบรอบ 1 ปีกรอบความตกลงว่าด้วยความเป็นหุ้นส่วนและความร่วมมือรอบด้านไทย-สหภาพยุโรป (Thailand-EU Comprehensive Partnership and Cooperation Agreement: PCA) โดยภายในงาน ได้มีการบรรยายความรู้เกี่ยวกับความท้าทายที่สหภาพยุโรปเผชิญท่ามกลางสถานการณ์
ด้านภูมิรัฐศาสตร์ที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไป การเสวนาเกี่ยวกับโอกาสการเพิ่มพูนความร่วมมือกับสหภาพยุโรป
ซึ่งเป็นพันธมิตรที่ใกล้ชิด หุ้นส่วนรอบด้าน และผู้นำด้านการกำหนดมาตรฐานสากลด้านการค้าและสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยนางสาวสมฤดี พู่พรอเนก รองอธิบดีกรมยุโรป และนางสาววรมน สินสุวรรณ ผู้อำนวยการกองสหภาพยุโรป การแข่งขันตอบคำถามแบบกลุ่มเกี่ยวกับความรู้ทั่วไปและสหภาพยุโรป และการบรรยายเกี่ยวกับเส้นทางอาชีพนักการทูต โดยนายศรัณย์ เหตานุรักษ์ นักการทูตชำนาญการ (ที่ปรึกษา) สำนักบริหารบุคคลด้วย

ในช่วงท้ายกิจกรรม กรมยุโรปได้นำผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเยี่ยมชมห้องประชุมและสถานที่สำคัญภายในกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ โดยกรมยุโรปมีความยินดีที่มีส่วนร่วมในการส่งเสริมประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้
นอกสถานศึกษาให้แก่เยาวชนตามนโยบายการทูตเพื่อประชาชน

         On 12 September 2025, the Department of European Affairs (DEA) organized
a knowledge-sharing activity on the topic of “the European Union (EU) and Introduction to
a career of Thai diplomats” to commemorate the 1^st anniversary of the Thailand-EU Comprehensive Partnership and Cooperation Agreement (PCA).  The event was attended by students of the Faculty of Political Science, Chulalongkorn University, and other interested participants at the Narathip Hall, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

         Several activities were included in the event’s programme, for instance, a briefing on the “challenges the EU faces amid geo-political shifts” by newly recruited diplomats, a panel discussion on “Enhancing cooperation between the EU -  Thailand under the PCA” given by
Ms. Somrudee Poopornanake, Deputy Director-General of DEA and Ms. Woramon Sinsuwan, Director of the EU Division, a kahoot quiz and, lastly, a presentation on Thai diplomats the career path by Mr. Sarun Haetanurak, Counsellor, from the Personnel Management Bureau.

         The participants also visit several important facilities and emblematic spots within the Ministry. It was the DEA’s pleasure to welcome and support the students’ visit because we truly believe that knowledge is not only limited to the classroom. This meaningful activity also resonates with one of the Ministry’s core values: People Diplomacy.
