เมื่อวันที่ ๗ กรกฎาคม ๒๕๖๖ นายอะยิส ลุยซู (H.E. Mr. Agis Loizou) เอกอัครราชทูตสาธารณรัฐไซปรัสประจำประเทศไทย ถิ่นพำนัก ณ กรุงนิวเดลี ได้เข้าเยี่ยมคารวะและพบหารือนายอสิ ม้ามณี อธิบดีกรมยุโรป ที่กระทรวงการต่างประเทศ เพื่ออำลาในโอกาสที่จะพ้นจากหน้าที่ในปีนี้ โดยทั้งสองฝ่ายได้หารือประเด็นความสัมพันธ์ทวิภาคีและการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือในด้านเศรษฐกิจ การค้าและการลงทุน การเชิญชวนให้ภาคเอกชนไซปรัสมาลงทุนในเขตพัฒนาพิเศษภาคตะวันออก (EEC) การผลักดันร่างความตกลงว่าด้วยการตรวจลงตราสำหรับผู้ถือหนังสือเดินทางทูตและราชการไทย-ไซปรัส รวมทั้งการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือในเวทีระหว่างประเทศ

Ambassador of the Republic of Cyprus to Thailand (residence in New Delhi)
paid a farewell call on Director-General of the Department of European Affairs

          On 7 July 2023, H.E. Mr. Agis Loizou, Ambassador of the Republic of Cyprus to Thailand (residence in New Delhi) paid a farewell call on Mr. Asi Mamanee, Director-General of the Department of European Affairs, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on the occasion that the former will complete his tenure in Thailand this year. Both sides exchanged views on strengthening bilateral relations and promoting cooperation in economic, trade and investment in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC). Both sides also discussed about the draft Agreement on the Abolition of Visa Requirements for Holders of Diplomatic and Official and Service Passports. They also exchanged views on promoting international cooperation.
