เมื่อวันที่ 6 ตุลาคม 2569 นางสาวสมฤดี พู่พรอเนก อธิบดีกรมยุโรป พบหารือกับนายฟรูเดอ ซุลแบร์ค เอกอัครราชทูตนอร์เวย์ประจำประเทศไทย ในโอกาสที่เอกอัครราชทูตเข้ารับหน้าที่

ทั้งสองฝ่ายหารือเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์ทวิภาคีระหว่างกัน ทั้งในด้านการค้า การลงทุน และการแลกเปลี่ยนการเยือนระดับสูง รวมถึงการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมความร่วมมือด้านที่ทั้งสองฝ่ายมีศักยภาพและมีความสนใจร่วมกัน อาทิ ความร่วมมือภายใต้ความตกลงการค้าเสรีไทย - สมาคมการค้าเสรียุโรป (European Free Trade Association: EFTA) พลังงานสะอาด การดักจับและกักเก็บคาร์บอน (CCUS) โลจิสติกส์ ความมั่นคงทางอาหาร อุตสาหกรรมป้องกันประเทศ และเทคโนโลยีขั้นสูง รวมทั้งความร่วมมือในกรอบอาเซียนและพหุภาคี

Director-General of the Department of European Affairs meets with Ambassador of Norway to Thailand.

On 6 October 2026, Ms. Somrudee Poopornanake, Director-General of the Department of European Affairs, held discussions with H.E. Mr. Frode Solberg, Ambassador of Norway to Thailand, on the occasion of his assumption of duty.

Both sides discussed ways to further enhance bilateral relations, particularly in the areas of trade, investment, and exchanges of high-level visits. The two sides also exchanged views on organizing activities to promote cooperation in areas where both countries possess strengths and share common interests, including cooperation under Thailand-European Free Trade Association (EFTA) Free Trade Agreement, carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS), logistics, food security, defence industry, advanced technologies, as well as cooperation within ASEAN and multilateral frameworks.
