เมื่อวันที่ 17 ตุลาคม 2568 สถานเอกอัครราชทูตโรมาเนียประจำประเทศไทยได้จัดพิธีมอบเครื่องอิสริยาภรณ์ตระกูล Industrial and Commercial Merit ชั้นตรา Officer ที่รัฐบาลโรมาเนียมอบให้แก่ ดร. อิสระ เสรีวัฒนวุฒิ เลขาธิการสถาบันพระปกเกล้า และประธานหอการค้าโรมาเนีย-ไทย ณ ทำเนียบเอกอัครราชทูตโรมาเนียประจำประเทศไทย โดยมีนางดานีเอลา-บรึนดูชา เบอเซอวัน (Daniela-Brînduşa Băzăvan) เอกอัครราชทูตโรมาเนียประจำประเทศไทย เป็นผู้มอบเครื่องราชอิสริยาภรณ์ดังกล่าวในครั้งนี้

ในโอกาสดังกล่าว กรมยุโรปได้ร่วมแสดงความยินดีพร้อมกับแขกผู้มีเกียรติจากทั้งภาครัฐและภาคเอกชนของไทยและโรมาเนีย

The Department of European Affairs extended its congratulations to the President of the Romanian–Thai Chamber of Commerce on the occasion of the conferment of the decoration on Friday,
17 October 2025.

On 17 October 2025, the conferment ceremony of the Order of Industrial and Commercial Merit, Officer Class, was held at the Residence of the Romanian Ambassador to Thailand. The Government of Romania awarded this honour to Dr. Issara Sereewatthanawut, Secretary-General of the King Prajadhipok’s Institute and President of the Romanian-Thai Chamber of Commerce. The ceremony was presided over by H.E. Mrs. Daniela-Brînduşa Băzăvan, Ambassador of Romania to Thailand, who presented
the decoration.

On this occasion, the Department of European Affairs, together with distinguished guests from both the public and private sectors of Thailand and Romania, joined in extending their congratulations.
