การสัมมนาเริ่มต้นด้วยกล่าวต้อนรับโดย ดร. ภัทรชาติ โกมลกิติ ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร KX Knowledge Xchange ซึ่งได้ยืนยันเจตนารมณ์ของ KX ในการสนับสนุนสตาร์ทอัพไทยให้สามารถต่อยอดนวัตกรรมและขยาย ธุรกิจสู่ตลาดต่างประเทศ ผ่านการสร้างความร่วมมือเชิงยุทธศาสตร์และการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้

 

ต่อมา นางสาวสมฤดี พู่พรอเนก รักษาการอธิบดีกรมยุโรป ได้กล่าวเปิดการสัมมนา โดยเน้นย้ำถึงความสำคัญของ ความร่วมมือเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ระหว่างภาครัฐและภาคเอกชนของไทยในการร่วมกันพัฒนาระบบนิเวศ (Ecosystem) ด้านสตาร์ทอัพและนวัตกรรมของประเทศให้เติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน นอกจากนี้ นางสาวสมฤดี พู่พรอเนก ยังได้หารือกับ ผู้บริหารของ KX เกี่ยวกับแนวทางความร่วมมือในอนาคต เพื่อส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนสตาร์ทอัพไทยในการเข้าสู่ ตลาดยุโรปมากยิ่งขึ้น

 

ภายหลังพิธีเปิด ได้มีการจัดเสวนาในหัวข้อ “Cross-Border Collaboration: How Thai and European Startups Can Co-create Innovation” และกิจกรรมนำเสนอผลงานรอบสุดท้าย ซึ่งบริษัท Solution Tech ผู้พัฒนานวัตกรรม Membraneless Electrolyser ได้รับเงินลงทุนมูลค่า 1 ล้านบาท จากบริษัท 3T Invest AB

 

การสัมมนามีผู้เข้าร่วมประมาณ 80 คน ประกอบด้วยสตาร์ทอัพไทยที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกจำนวน 9 ราย ผู้แทน หน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชนไทย ผู้แทนสถานเอกอัครราชทูตต่างประเทศประจำประเทศไทย ตลอดจนผู้แทนจาก หน่วยบ่มเพาะและหน่วยเร่งการเติบโตของธุรกิจจากยุโรปจำนวน 3 แห่ง ได้แก่ Mr. Martin Gothe ผู้แทนประจำ ภูมิภาค Greater China ของ Start2 Group (เยอรมนี) Mr. Krim Benaissa Talia ผู้ก่อตั้งและเจ้าของ 3T Invest AB (สวีเดน) และ Ms. Sarita Runeberg ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารของ Maria 01 (ฟินแลนด์)

 

On 26 June 2026, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and KMUTT KX Knowledge Xchange co-hosted the seminar “Green TechBite towards EU Market Season 2” at KX Knowledge

Xchange building. This seminar aims to bridge high potential Thai startups, specialised in green technology, with incubators/ accelerators from Europe.

 

The seminar started with the welcomimg remarks by Dr. Patrachart Komolkiti, Chief Executive Officer of KX Knowledge Xchange. He reaffirmed KX’s commitment to supporting Thai startups in scaling their innovations and expanding into international markets through strategic partnerships and knowledge exchange.

 

Miss Somrudee Poopornanek, Acting Director-General of the Department of European Affairs, delivered the opening remarks, emphasising the importance of strategic cooperation between Thai public and private sectors, in order to cultivate a sustainable ecosystem for startup and innovation in Thailand. Miss Somrudee Poopornanek also held a discussion with KX executives on future cooperation to further support Thai startups in entering the European market.

 

The opening ceremony was followed by a panel discussion on Cross-Border Collaboration

: “How Thai and European startups can co-create innovation”, and the final pitching presentations, during which Solution Tech Company – an innovator of membraneless electrolyser—secured investment commitment of 1 million baht from 3T Invest AB.

 

The event was attended by approximately 80 participants, including 9 selected startups, government officials, Thai private sectors, representatives from foreign embassies in Thailand, and 3 incubators from Europe: Mr. Martin Gothe, the country representative (Greater China) of Start2 Group (Germany); Mr. Krim Benaissa Talia, Founder/ Owner of 3T Invest AB (Sweden) and Ms. Sarita Runeberg, Chief Executive Officer of Maria 01 (Finland).
